I wonder if we are in Russia or in a Fourth World country whenever I see a show filmed by DSE. I can understand wanting to save money by driving around in an older van. I can understand running operations out of an older building with ceilings less than ten feet tall. But really, when it comes to image quality, DSE might want to take out a loan and procure a decent camera. iPods and iPads take high definition video at low cost. Maybe DSE should give those a try?
