Mile 27030: I have been a client of the LA Cafe for two decades, Clarkston MI

Actually, the relationship began in 1989, when I visited the Keego Harbor location on a date. Little did I know two decades later, I would cool my heels waiting for a daughter, the daughter of the woman who insisted upon the LA Cafe that day. Church in picture once housed an Art Council for Waterford Township. Now it is purely a church: my daughter displayed drawings in the gallery ten years ago. I also know her friends and she dock at the dock I stood upon to take the picture. Everyone docks there when visiting the LA Cafe by boat. I recall a lovely day when my daughter and I practiced sneaking up on three snapping turtles to take close up pictures. The turtles made for Lake Van Norman and submerged, but we still got good shots. Next time, let us use a telephoto lens. I have lived much of my life here. And I feel grateful.
